Services offered by us fall in two categories:
- One-on-one Coaching
One-on-one coaching has fast become an developmental process of choice with individuals and organizations. - Group Coaching

- Systematic Workplace Mentoring
As a corporate leader, you wish to groom your young leaders to take up leadership positions sooner rather than later. To achieve this, more and more corporate entities are introducing mentoring programs in their organizations.
Mentoring has been around for centuries, but its systematic entry into the corporate arena to develop and energize organizational managers and leaders is recent phenomenon. ‘Systematic Workplace Mentoring’ involves designing a practical and easy-to-implement organizational mentoring policy, getting it approved by organizational leaders and then implemented throughout selected divisions and departments within the organization.
We at Coaching Resolve have experience and expertise in design and implementation of systematic mentoring programs from scratch. Coordinated by the organization’s HR/OD department, the mentoring programme includes developing criteria for selection of Mentors and Mentees, as well as design and delivery of training sessions for Mentors and Mentees. Coaching Resolve offers to lead the design, delivery, selection and training as mentioned above.
