• Systematic Workplace Mentoring

Mentoring has been around for centuries, but its systematic entry into the corporate arena to develop and energize organizational managers and leaders is recent phenomenon. ‘Systematic Workplace Mentoring’ involves designing a practical and easy-to-implement organizational mentoring policy, getting it approved by organizational leaders and then implemented throughout selected divisions and departments within the organization.
We at Coaching Resolve have experience and expertise in design and implementation of systematic mentoring programs from scratch. Coordinated by the organization’s HR/OD department, the mentoring programme includes developing criteria for selection of Mentors and Mentees, as well as design and delivery of training sessions for Mentors and Mentees.
