Mr. Khawaja has held leadership positions in banking, learning & development, and HR management for over 35 years. This experience was gained working in Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. His most recent corporate assignments were with Bank Alfalah Ltd. as Group Head HR and Group Head Learning.
For the last 15 years Mr. Khawaja’s primary focus has been on providing coaching services to corporate leaders. His background and diverse experience have been instrumental in his success in coaching leaders from various industries and seniority levels.
Bakhtiar holds a BSc (Hons.) degree in Economics from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from a private university in Pakistan. Since 2013, he has a PCC credential with ICF Earlier, he completed his 24-month professional coach training with four US and Australia based institutions. He is also a Hogan Certified Professional, American Board NLP Practitioner and a registered Mentor Coach with ICF.
His primary languages are Urdu, English and Punjabi. He also speaks Spanish at a conversational level.
He enjoys reading, music, sports, yoga and working with charity schools.
