A major challenge for Leaders and Managers is to ensure that their teams are motivated, energized and engaged. There are a number of things that need to be done to get there. The key ingredient is the quality of leaders’ behavior and interactions with their team members. Coaching skills are now recognized as legitimate means leaders can employ to generate motivation and engagement among team members.
This one-day workshop will be facilitated by Mr. Bakhtiar Khawaja, who has a PCC Credential with Int’l Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also an ICF Registered Mentor Coach and is on the panel of two major international coaching organizations. He worked at senior level corporate positions for over three decades and has fifteen years of coaching experience.
