Leaders as Mentors Workshop

Mentoring has been around for centuries, but its systematic entry into the corporate arena as a creative leadership practice to energize and develop people, is relatively recent. ‘Systematic Workplace Mentoring’ project is aimed at designing a practical and easy to implement organizational mentoring policy, duly approved by organizational leaders and implemented throughout the organization.
The project will be coordinated by HR/OD department. Coaching Resolve offers to lead the design and delivery, complete with selection and training of Mentors.
The Workshop on Mentoring Skills is designed to equip managers and leaders with essential mentoring skills using lecture/discussion, group learning and carefully designed activities and role-plays to practice mentoring skills and behaviours.
Objectives of this workshop centre around equipping managers and leaders with knowledge and skills  of systematic mentoring, aimed at motivating, energising and inspiring their people. At the end of the workshop, participants will:

  • Understand what ‘Mentoring’ is and how it can benefit the Organization, Mentors and Mentees.
  • Practice essential behaviors and skills for successful mentoring through supervised role-plays and ensuing feedback sessions.
  • Understand the ‘Corporate Mentoring Policy’ and organize their mentoring activities accordingly.
  • Our aim is simple: by the end of this training, participants will possess a comprehensive toolkit of mentoring skills that can elevate your leadership to new heights. We will cover a wide range of topics, including effective communication, goal setting, feedback delivery, and the essential qualities of a Mentor.
